Shipping, Returns

    & exchanges

All return and exchange requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  I want you to love your purchase and will work with you if you are unhappy.  Since these are handmade items, they take a substantial amount of time to make and exchanges are preferred.  All requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item and jewelry unworn.  

I do my very best to photograph items true to their colors and all sizes and dimensions of products are clearly stated in the items descriptions.  Returns will not be accepted if an item description was clearly stated and there is nothing wrong with the item.  If an exchange is agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returning the original item. Item must be returned in perfect condition or an exchange will not be made.  Clothing and tote bags are non refundable, please contact me if there is an issue with your order. 

If any items are damaged on arrival, they must be photographed

immediately and returned to me to file an insurance claim.  

If an item has been tracked, delivered and was stolen or missing from your property, this is not my responsibility and will not be reimbursed or replaced.

I love creating custom work for you!  Payment for custom items must be made up front before I begin your piece.  I will send process pictures for feedback and

approval as I work on it!  Due to the cost of custom orders, there

will be no returns or exchanges on large custom items.
